Parcels don't arrive on multiple days that they are due

Good afternoon,

I would just like to warn against Sky Net Couriers. I made an order online and they were selected as the courier company. Sadly, I am on my second day at home waiting for a parcel [I have not even left to go to the shops without someone being here to collect the parcel] that still has not arrived. Tomorrow will be the third day I am waiting on a promised delivery. I have called multiple times and am told a different story each time. It is very poor service!

I have never had a problem with this online company as they have used other courier companies.
