Parcel to be delivered when applicable to them....

I received a call this morning from the Nelspruit Branch Driver that should be delivering my parcel today - He states, I do have your parcel and I am going to Barberton today, but the address is 10km out of Barberton thus I will only deliver your parcel on Friday as I am not going to drive that route today..... If I do not have this wrong.... I paid for an service which I am clearly not getting ! And I told him so. He then asked if I do not have anybody else in town where he can drop off my parcel !! Totally unacceptable behaviour !
