Parcel sitting in the warehouse for 2 weeks

My parcel has been scanned into their warehouse since the 8th of December, I have contacted buffalo logistics to try to contact them and plead with themto deliver my parcel however they have not responded to any of the tickets they have escalated to them. I have also tried to contact them numerous times unsuccessfully, they only respond to email tickets that they have good news for and ignore the rest instead updating me as to what exactly is causing the delay. Can my parcel be delivered today or tomorrow the latest because there are things that I urgently need from that package. I am getting Married on weekend and I thought I would have long gotten my parcel by this time however this is not the case. At this point I am even willing to go and collect the parcel myself because the amount of stress I am going through right now because of skynet it’s just too much. They are not only tarnishing their reputation they are also tarnishing other businesses like buffalo and because buffalo hands our parcels over to skynet hoping that they will deliver to us.
