Parcel paid, extra costs paid - no delivery

My friend from Germany sent me a parcel with skynet and they promissed him it will be delivered within 6 working days. Its now 1 month and I still have not received my parcel. I had to pay another R600 to skynet (after my freind paid a huge amount to send it to me) I paid and sent proof of payment. That was 6 days ago and the parcel is not moving forward. the e-mail i sent to skynet asking is answered very short, with one very unprofessional sentence. Until now, I have no idea if I will ever receive the parcel and even after paying the extra R600 there is no movement. never ever send a parcel with SkyNet ever again!
