Parcel not received

I was expecting my order yesterday to be delivered by Skynet from Shein, my address and phone numbers are correct. I’ve been using the same address and phone numbers with the other courier companies I’ve never had any issues. Skynet is a ****, their service is very poor. Skynet must be CANCELLED!! They are not reliable they are ****s.
