You do not even deserve the 1 star, your service is disgusting. Received an sms on the 12th of December that my license disc parcel was out on delivery, but almost a month later and I haven’t received it. I called your line and was on hold for almost an hour, and the line dropped. Can someone please reach out to me on ***.
