Parcel not moved since 2nd December

I have a parcel lying in Jhb since 2nd December, was supposed to be delivered yesterday but after no show they said that address is not right, even though the address given through was correct, gave address again and lady said it will be delivered this morning, but when I phoned i was transferred from one to the other and then when I finally got through the address was still not right. I need this parcel to be delivered today before 16h30!
