Parcel not delivered on time

I had a very bad experience with this company, poor service and they don’t care about their clients , checked on google reviews and I’m not the only one complaining, the drivers who were supposed to deliver my car disc which I renewed , said they forgot my disc and they only realised when they were outside my house and I can confirm they were outside because I saw them , instead of making me the priority the following day they instead told me they will deliver on that Friday and I should not go anywhere and wait for them , which I did coz I really needed my disc , they stood me up and decided no longer to take my calls until I got a call from their company saying my parcel was left behind because of bad address, I confirmed that it’s infact the right address , shortly I received a ticket for expired disc , why should I pay for it when it’s their mistake , what ****es me off is that they are not remorseful . Customer service is just another garbage ignoring my emails. I won’t stop here you people need to take accountability.
