Parcel not delivered. Falsified tracking history.

I can literally copy and paste the 1 star ratings from other unhappy users. Exactly the same problem on my side...my parcel (car licence discs from Natis) was never delivered. I waited 2 days at home all day but the tracking history says 'consignee not available'. I called, emailed and whatsapped, with no response. Fortunately I can lodge a dispute with my credit card provider that 'goods or services were never delivered' and request a refund. The added pressure from the bank often helps. PS: Generally only Credit Card payments have this dispute option, not debit cards or EFT payments.
