Parcel Not Delivered

SkyNet has been holding my parcel for days without further communication or tracking information from their side. Then after I've sent emails it changed to "out on delivery". It's still out on delivery and I haven't received my parcel nor know where it is. They are even rude on calls! SHEIN should never use them again.!
