parcel not delivered

I did an online vehicle renewal on the 21st of February via Natis online and my parcel was sent to Skynet on the 4th delivery date was on the 11th of March till today i haven't received it.On the 17th i received an sms that it was going to be delivered no one came,18th received an sms again for delivery but it was not delivered saying consignee not available. i was available and no one contacted me.

i have done several followups via whats app which is not helpful they are always saying it will be delivered soon
