Parcel not delivered by skynet,brought from temu

My parcel has been with skynet from the 6th of June till today I have written an email asking of when am I going to get it they said they will reply after 4hours ,and it was on Friday but till today I haven't heard from them,,I will never order anything from temu if they will keep on using the same company to deliver our goods cause I know they are aware of whats happening
