Parcel not delivered and no comms made

Skynet does not care about it customers once you paid your money for delivery, for the past 3 days my package has been marked as out on delivery and later change to consignee not available , this happened for 2 days straight , I have been at home not left the house waiting for the package , no one phone me nothing!!!! when I phoned the call center the fisrt day I was told it because the driver never got to my package and same thing happend twice , the Capetown branch doesnt even pick up calls when trying to call so that you can pickup yourself, I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS COMAPANY ON URGENT MATTERS!!!
