Parcel not delivered

I called skynet earlier today regarding my parcel that was supposed to be delivered today. They refused to help me because i didnt have the tracking number. That time they were the one who were supposed to give me the tracking number after dpex has handed them my parcel.

Please contact Sharp Logistics for your tracking number and assistance. We no longer deliver parcels for DPEX.

Unless you can give us a waybill number we cannot assist you. Please get that number and we will call them on your behalf.
