Parcel NOT delivered

Hi, I have a parcel that was sent to Skynet for delivery on 24/10/2017. When I called today, I was told the parcel was delivered and my cellphone was not listed at the gate. Clearly, the driver went to a wrong complex other than the one listed on the parcel. The driver went to Regent 2 iso Regent 1 and obviously I will not be listed there. When I asked for a way forward I was told to speak to a Peter which I held for for ages without any joy. I want my parcel, it is your driver's fault to have gone to a wrong address and not mine.
