Parcel not collected and delivered
I created an e-waybill on the 12th May 2023. I need a parcel collected from Lynnfield PMB and then delivered to Cape town. Since the e-waybill has been created absolutely nothing has happened. I have called on multiple occasions, gotten multiple numbers that dont work or dont get answered. This was done on account through my company. I dont understand what the issue is. Why is it not being done? Why do I have to keep calling and get to the point where I have to log a complaint here?
