Parcel never delivered/arrived

Well, I was supposed to get my parcel on the 22nd of August 2024, parcel did not arrive. I tried to call the SKYNET costumer service nobody answers the call. But when it was time to pay for the customs they were able to answer my call as I didn't understand how to fill in the customs form.

There was no communication that my parcel would be delayed, I have checked the linked that they send via email and it was supposed to arrive about the 16th of August for they have said that it will take about 3 to 4 days, not sure but around those days and it didn't arrive.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but after the due date of my parcel didn't arrive I could sense that this is a sign for me to call customer service, which didn't work as they put you on hold and never answer the call.

I have sent many emails to them in the middle of the night to voice my frustration, will wait, don't know if they will even answer them.
