Parcel lost, not one person would help!

Our company deals with Skynet every single day, and we have had a few issues with them, but this last one was horrific. We overnighted a parcel from our Cape Town branch to our Johannesburg branch an they lost one of the two boxes. These were banners that we needed for a huge Expo that Monday. Between their Cape Town and their JHB branch, we spoke to about 5 different people and not one of them would even bother to help us. Two of their managers, Simone and Willie both were getting back to me and that was days ago and they never bothered too. Totally disgusted!
