Parcel has not been delivered for days

I received a notification sms that this parcel will be delivered on Friday . 5 days later it's still not delivered. I complained last night via their WhatsApp line and this morning I received a call from their driver that he will deliver and it's now after 5pm and it is still not delivered. And I also got a confirmation whatsapp message that it's out on delivery between 8am - 5pm and it's not here . I hope I have an option of choosing another courier company when I order my items next time ..also this is how they do business because each and every review under their name is bad . And this shows they are not improving . The supplier need to find another courier company this is unacceptable . They don't care about their work and their salaries, so why are they still operating as a company for Heavens sake
