Parcel gets returned cause the "driver is late"

<p>I must start by saying I'm quite disappointed with Skynet's service. I was sent a parcel from overseas on the 13/02/2026 and it got here in SA JHB on the 14/02/2016, it then got dispatched to Cape Town on the 15/02/2016. It was then dispatched for delivery on the same day,15 but it was returned back to the station cause the driver was late. It got dispatched again for delivery on the 16/02/2016 and at 19:30 it was returned again cause the driver was late again. It's the 3rd day now I'm waiting for the same parcel which was suppose to be here on Wednesday. I called their customer service and keep on getting through to Veronica who says is transferring me to customer service. I keep on cancelling my plans and wait for people who never get here. I need my parcel delivered ASAP as I need it. </p>
