Parcel Delivery

The most useless courier service I’ve ever experienced.I’ve waiting for my license disc since Monday the 6th after they sent me a sms stating my parcel is out for delivery.I’ve tried contacting their customer service but held over one and half hours on both the days I’ve contacted them.I then sent them an email which my query and didn’t get any response I’ve used their WhatsApp line I’ve been chatting to their automated system since.At this point I just want to pick my license disc wherever it is because this is such a huge inconvenience.I wouldn’t recommend Skynet Worldwide Express to anyone.
