Parcel delivered to incorrect address

I ordered a licence which was to be delivered by SkyNet on the 13th Feb. I never received it. When I called this morning to see why it wasn't delivered, I was told that it was delivered to a completely different complex and left at the security guard there. The driver, Passmore, said that he buzzed and a man answered and he was told to take it to that complex. This is Completely Wrong, we have no idea who that person could be. Also, the document was handed over without looking at an ID. Thus whole Mistake of the drivers would not have happened if he had asked for an ID. Still Now, the driver does Not acknowledge His Mistake.
