Parcel delivered but not to me

I was supposed to get my parcel on 19/01/18 at +-10:30. I contacted main switchboard 3 times and I was told it was out on delivery (the latest I called them was after 14:00 as I was about to leave my work place which is the delivery address). I was shocked when I tracked my parcel at home around 17:00 that it was delivered at 09:20 with signature without a name. Now tell me, how do you deliver a parcel without contacting me, why do you say you delivered at 09:20 but when I called after 14:00 you told me the parcel was still on the way? That parcel was meant to be used on 20/01/18 and today is 22/01/18 and no one knows where my parcel is. What kind of courier are you if you can't call and verify if I'm available? Who did you give my parcel, what is the name of that person, to what address did you deliver? This was my first time using Skynet and I regret using it and I will encourage anyone reading this to stay away from it. My request is find my parcel and deliver it to me. It looks as if this company is employing *********** people.
