Parcel delivered at wrong address and was opened

Good day,<br> <br> I am very unhappy with what Skynet did with my Parcel, they delivered at a neighbor's house who has a completely different house address from mine and the guy who received the parcel opened it and only brought to me an opened Parcel. I was disappointed at the level of lack of care by the Skynet driver. I tried several times to call their customer care and asked to be transferred to the head of customer care but whoever i spoke to transferred me and the phone call just hang up before i even spoke to the manager. I wrote an email complaining and all they did was reply to me to say your parcel was delivered to ....(who is the guy at the wrong house address). <br> <br> May they contact me as soon as they can to apologize to me and tell me why their drivers deliver parcels next door???
