Parcel deliver said I must come to her home..

I'm so disappointed with Skynet service...I thought they were professional but they are clearly a joke... UNISA has sent my study material with them reference URE***.. They lady called me and made me stay home the whole day on Saturday to receive my parcel...but she never came.. when I called her back in the evening she said that she was busy,she would come on Sunday..still nothing...when I called her, she said I should come to her home area..which I have to drive there... despite me telling her I'm not fami**** with that particular place..she said she would send her husband whom I must meet at taxi rank as he doesn't have a car..I waited until it was dark and left cause the place is not safe...how do courier parcels from ELANDS to BIRCHLEIGH when you don't have a car or money for a taxi...? How is it possible that a client must find the courier's home place of their employees instead of them finding mine!? I must look for them instead
