Parcel delayed
I've been waiting for my packages from Newcastle as per their email as well as tracking updates I've been home the whole time and my phone has been on too 24/7 even tried to contact them via whatsapp platform but no response the other one they said was out for delivery since the 3rd of this month and claim I wasn't there and again this Friday the 11th my parcels are out for delivery although still hasn't received them
