Paid for next day delivery, received package 7 days later

SkyNet is absolutely unreliable and unresponsive to e-mails regarding disappointing service. I logged a collection and delivery online from Cape Town to Stellenbosch and paid for their express service which meant I should have had my parcel the next day. However, I only received my parcel 7 days later. I then sent an e-mail regarding this poor service and the possibility of a refund because hey simply did not give me what I paid for. They did not respond to this e-mail. I then sent another and, surprise, I am still waiting for a response. Save yourself the trouble and money, and make use of a decent courier service because this company clearly does not care.
