Package went to Capetown when I'm no where near there 2 times

I honestly wish I could give 0 stars. Worst courier company ever. I have 2 stories but they are linked 1. I ordered off temu like a month or 2 ago, they shipped it and everything went great. Skynet decides to take it to Capetown which is no where near me. I phoned emailed and WhatsApped them, even went as far as trying Facebook to get to them with no luck. They had no communication to me and anytime I could get to someone the line would cut and I would be in line again for another few hours. Eventually I just messaged temu and they sorted it out (luckily) and somehow it managed to get delivered 2 days later. 2. A few days ago I ordered something off temu and they use the same dang courier company and guess where my package is yet again... Capetown but guess what! They tried to take it on deliveries in Capetown!!! And they said it was an "incomplete or invalid address" on their website. They now have 6 more days for that package to get delivered because that was my quote was by the 28 it should be delivered. I hope temu stops using them because they will lose customers over this *******
