Package was damaged, unhelpful/rude service

I received my package, only to open it up and find the box inside was all crumpled up, like it had been thrown against a wall. The contents of the package are important as it has containers inside with potentially flammable liquids. Everything inside the box was jumbled about.

Not to mention I personally thought that the person who handed me the package wasn't particularly helpful either and was somewhat rude.
