Package not delivered

I ordered a parcel from Shein on 22nd of October. As per tracking information and confirmation by Shein parcel with tracking number *** was shipped. Shein confirmed that my parcel is with skynet. I called skynet and telling me that they did not received my parcel. Shein said because order has been shipped I can only cancel the parcel with skynet and skynet is refused to assist me
