Package not delivered

Skynet sent me a notification stating that my package from shein was out for delivery and I should be available to be able to receive it, but I have waited until the sun went down, without any sign of them. I did not receive a call until around 21h00 I received an email telling me that they couldn't deliver my package because there was one at home and they could not reach I was unavailable, which was a total lie my phone did not receive any calls nor missed called calls, I was waiting since 9am for my package. I just need my package that's all, my address is correct, all my information is there when I purchase the whole order. Skynet is a bad courier
