Package not delivered and horrible service and staff lies!

If I could give this company a rating of -1 I would! I placed an order for my licence disc with my bank 28 Dec 2024 and it was supposed to take a maximum of 5 working days to deliver. I called on Monday 06 Jan 2025 to follow up and after waiting 20min on the phone to connect to an agent, I was told the address was wrong however NO ONE contacted me and the number they have on the system is correct, the agent then corrected the address and the next day see the status of the shipment was out on delivery, it was not delivered on the 07 or 08 Jan 2025, today 09 Jan 2025 I checked the status and it says "consignee not available" at 6:28 PM and 8:01 PM on 08 Jan 2025 which is utter LIES! no one called and people were home the WHOLE day to receive the package!!! I am now on the phone again currently for 20 minutes waiting to speak to an agent.... the current status on 09 Jan 2025 is "out for delivery" (year right!) I need my disc before the grace period ends. I have made my full payment. This situation is so frustrating! and the service is the WORST service in history!! DO not EVER use this company!!
