Package Lost. Log Books found.

We have very time sensitive parcels that we receive from our clients. One of these parcels was lost last week and could not be found.

The good news is that we received a box full of "Government Vehicle Log Books" meant for the Forestry Dept. in another province. The bad news is that we couldn't keep and use the "Government Vehicle Log Books".

Don't worry! The log books have been sent back to their owners and they should be comfortably settled in their new home by now. Good luck, log books!

But seriously, we are extremely focused on diligent and punctual service delivery to our clients. Not only was this an inconvenience, and embarrassing to deal with in regards to our clients, it has also cost us much time and money, spending days to make fruitless and frustrating phone calls. On Friday we were told that the package was found and would be delivered on Saturday. On Saturday, we were told Skynet does not know where the package actually is.

It has now been delivered to us, a week later, spoilt and unusable. What a waste. We can not use Skynet again.
