Package left warehouse 7 days ago and still not delivered

Why this company still have the contract to deliver government packages is really beyond me. I have been waiting for over a week for a parcel that, according to them left the warehouse 7 days ago. Also, tried calling their call center and all I can say is that it leaves very little to be desired. Pathetic service as though it was free!!! Their contract needs to be reassed because what level of incompetency is this? They should be ashamed of their bottom of the barrel service.
