Overnight turned into 42 hours (and still counting)
<p>I am so not happy with Skynet right now. I sent a parcel on 9 May 2017. I indicated that it was an overnight parcel; it reached ISANDO at 21:23 on the very same day. I have been tracking it and it is still in ISANDO. I have called the office a couple of times and my parcel is still in ISANDO. I am wondering if overnight really means 42 hours because that is how long my parcel has been in ISANDO. This is unacceptable, and it sucks big time. If they cannot deliver my parcel to Pretoria today then they should send it back to Rustenburg, I will find another reliable courier company to use.</p>

Thank you so much, my parcel was returned and I have received it. At least the service between Rustenburg and Isando is excellent unlike between PTA and Isando. It frustrated me to see my parcel still not delivered even after I indicated that it was supposed to be an overnight delivery. I think your services between Isando and PTA needs to be improved because I constantly have to send parcels to UNISA in Pretoria and I cannot afford losing any of the documents to be sent there as my job might be on the line. Thanks once again, but do not forget about the Isando-PTA route.
