OVERNIGHT SERVICE

Overnight parcel ********** 27094 collected on 12 March from PE. Up to this minute I have not received it as yet. On query local (Newcastle) I was told will be here on17th. Mr Radebe said so. On query again today they cant find the parcel anywhere.... They don't answer their phones it is endless holding on and between various call centres and staff that can not deal with such a problem. BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE
