Overdue for deliver

My license disc for both my vehicles has been lying in Port Elizabeth since the 06.04.2023. I have been waiting for it since 31.03.2023. Each time I phone it's as if the lady on the other end of the phone can not hear me which is impossible because I used my cell phone and telephone to phone at different days and times. Please the delivery as been paid for. I 'm gonna receive fines and I will address the fines to you.
