Overcharged

<p>on Thursday the 11 August 2016, I went to courier a parcel at Synet in Emalahleni. They punched in a wrong amount which was R 1071.60 instead of R 107.16. When a received a notification I made them aware of the mistake. Instead of me getting my money back I have been insulted and having rude employees dropping calls on me. It' s been 2 weeks and every time I call I'm given yet another excuse why I have not received my money back. </p>
