Over Due Delivery of Parcel

<p>I ordered clothing from a UK online shop. I paid customs duties and the expected date for delivery was 01/09/2016. My stuff has still not been delivered when I called skynet today regarding this I am told my stuff has not been cleared from customs and that I still owe customs duties. The funny thing is that I spoke to the consultants sent my proof of payment and confirmed receipt. But today its all a differnt story. I had ordered this becauseI have a wedding to atend to on Sunday and now I am without an outfit to wear. And no one is giving me the real reason why, and I am being treated like I am lying. I HAVE PROOF OF PAYMENT.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WANT MY STUFF.</p>
