Outstanding package

<p>I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my study material to be delivered, and after numerous calls and follows, I still haven't received my package.</p> <p>When I called, the consultant would tell me that they'd deliver my package the next day or the following Monday, which wasn't the case. I've been inconveniencedoing beyond reasonall measure because I have an assignment due for this month, but can't get started due to no material.</p> <p> </p>
