On the verge of losing everything
"WE DELIVER 5 - 7 WORKING DAYS"
We have been waiting for more than 2 weeks now. We are immigrants in a new country and need documents from our home country ASAP as a matter of extreme urgency.
1st inquiry response: 14 December 2022 and Our documents are in transit 2nd inquiry response: South Africa branch says it is in Ireland 3rd inquiry response: Ireland branch says they cannot find anything on the given tracking number on their system 4th! inquiry response: NO RESPONSE.
We might lose everything on this side of the world due to a simple service not being delivered.
