Nothing Express about Skynet!

<p>I called in on Tuesday morning 02/05/2017 requesting a collection and delivery for overnight. Debbie Bailie assisted me with a quote and banking details. I made an EFT and sent proof of payment immediately. She assured me parcel will be collected same day and delivered next morning. <br />7 hours later, I found myself still waiting for the driver. I had to still be the one calling to find out why my parcel had not yet been collected and Debbie told me the driver had a breakdown and cannot collect. If I had'nt called I wouldnt have known. She assusred me my parcel will be collected first thing next morning (03/05/2017). I explained i need it delivered on the 03rd hence my making arrangements first thing morning of the 02nd. She said they will deliver it on time. <br />Next morning i called her, she assured me driver is on his way and even gave me a ref. no but it's midday now and I'm still waiting for my collection. When i contact Debbie she tells me how she has a queue of people in front of her and will get back to me. <br />This is totally unacceptable. I will never EVER use Skynet EVER again or recommend it to anyone else. This is horrible service. I am still sitting with my parcel that urgently needed to be delivered first thing today. No one updates me unless I make an effort.</p>
