NOT POOR SERVICE, NON EXISTING SERVICE!
Skynet are the most pathetic couriers I have ever seen!!!! My parcel was delivered at the wrong address (apparently). They are trying to locate my parcel.....? Every time I tried phoning them, it takes them ages to answer their phones, and then they keep you holding for at least another 15 minutes. Every operator I spoke to, told me different story about my order. One operator especially was very rude when I complained about bad service. I still have not received my order. I was promised that someone from Skynet will call me back, which obviously still has not happened. No response was received from numerous email sent.
