Not impressed with SkyNet
SkyNet is by far the worst courier service I have come across!! The order will be dispatched and “out on delivery” for 3 days, every time you call them, either their calls get cut or it just never gets resolved. One receives their parcel only after calling a million times!! It’s a pity it seems like I do not have a choice because they would definitely be my last choice if not at all! BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

It’s now been updated to “Delivery Exception: Consignee not available” which now the driver is telling me that the parcel had to return to the warehouse because his car broke down etc! How was I not available? I still do not understand why Buffalo uses SkyNet honestly
