not delivering

I ordered components from RS components in Jhb. They ship using Skynet. I was not informed when delivery was going to take place, when they did, and no one answered the door (door bell was down due to loadshedding) no one bothered to call....I have now spent 3 x 15 minutes waiting for someone to answer their customer call line- apparently my call is important to them, but not that important.... From now on I'll pay the little premium and get THE COURIER GUY instead.....they know what they doing.
