Not collecting parcel and no correspondence regarding the delay

I phoned on Tuesday morning (10 July) to collect documents to be taken to Cape Town, but no one came to collect the parcel. I phoned on Wednesday and they apologised and said it was scheduled again and someone will definitely collect the parcel today since the driver is already on his way. No one came and no one phoned me. I phoned again this morning and the lady simply said the collection was scheduled for today. This means the documents that were supposed to be in Cape Town on Wednesday morning is now only going to reach them on Friday! That is if they decide to actually come today! This is pathetic and we should have used another courier company. Bad service.
