Nonsense service

I hate this company with my heart and soul; their service is such a disaster. My parcel status was saying out for delivery since the 31st of May 2026 but never received it, on Monday status gets updated with lies consignee not available, yet I was home waiting patiently for my parcel and no one called or even hooted at my house, sent numerous emails, WhatsApp to them and made phone calls to them which is also my time and money and they kept saying you are going to receive your parcel today. I am so pieced that on the 3rd of June 2026 at 17:13 still no parcel received. Called offices spoke to a guy named Ncubeko who decided to hung up the call on me since I was asking him valid questions about my parcel. He claims they updated parcel out for delivery today yet no driver was assigned to deliver at my address and still that Ncubeko person expects me to be nice about after I have wasted my time and money just to get my parcel, funny enough still no solution as he hund up on me.
