Nonsense service

If I had an option for giving 0 stars I would because honestly what is this . They say they couldn’t deliver because no one was home but I was home all day and no one came . I tried calling on Thursday to rather collect my things but no response 😭 I’m going to cancel the order from SHEIN because there’s no point anymore
