Nonsense n disgusting service I’m disappointed so much

My parcel has been out on delivery since Friday (02 Nov 2023). I've called the call center about 20 times I can’t get hold of them . Then I I got WhatsApp number on internet. The take the whole day to reply n still when the reply they don’t help me at all.All they say is that the parcel is out on delivery. Firstly I asked them why didn’t I receive my parcel on Thursday n the reply that ‘The parcel is currently at the depot. It was returned yesterday. Reason for return- Consignee not available.’ Ok I asked when will get my parcel they answered me on Monday 06/11/2023 Around 11:30 that ‘ Dear Joyce I have requested delivery for tomorrow,’i waited for them the whole morning n I eft for work at 13:30 n leave someone at my place to wait for the delivery for me. The person waited until 19:00 no delivery now when are WhatsApp them they don’t answer me. Now I want to wake up n go to the Elandsfontein straight but it’s a waste. I just want to contact my Lawyers then they will help me .imagine taking off from work then they don’t deliver I am so disappointed in u skynet now I’ll stop buy online because of…

I think if I call NCC will help me with the direct contact n another I know if I’m not around they call n inform me that we are here what must we do then I send a person fast to come n collect my parcel but with skynet. They say we didn’t fine anyone while they didn’t even come this service . On a serious note if I dnt get my delivery by the end of today I’ll deal with u guy I promise .because right now I’m stressing out for your lies it’s bad. Y can’t u tell me straight that u can’t come to place then letting me stay at home for 00 n on top of that I leave someone to wait for u
