Nonexistent assistance

Not getting any assistance relating to laying for taxes and duties from them related to a order from Temu. Been battling to pay. Called them the line cuts after holding for ten minutes. When I called them a second time, spoke to a lady she asked to put me on hold when I told her I was battling to pay the taxes and duties whne going into the link either via cellphone or pc. Held on for 5 minutes, the call then suddenly ended. Called back and held on for longer voice prompt requested I press zero to leave a msg and that was the end of my call. 😔. Still thought I would get my delivery before the 6th of September but that hope is fading away with the struggles of paying duties and taxes mxm
